Dr. Manaswee Kumar Samal

Dr. Manaswee Kumar Samal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Information Systems Auditor. He was a full-time faculty member in XIMB from the year 2000 to 2003. After that he has taught as visiting/adjunct faculty in institutes like XIMB, XLRI, ICFAI Business School, Praxis Business School, etc. His teaching & research interests over 12 years include Accounting, Taxation, Business Regulations, Corporate Governance and Financial Institutes & Markets. He has consulting experience of 12 years. This includes accounting and auditing experience of four years as a practicing chartered accountant. He has been advisor to Government of Orissa on state PSU reforms and infrastructure projects like ports, corporate like POSCO and many national and international development organisations. Currently he is a resource person for Options-IPE technical management support team for health sector reforms.

Dr. Munmun Mohanty

Dr. Munmun Mohanty is an MBA with Specialization in Finance and Marketing. She has completed her Ph.D. in the area of stock market efficiency from Utkal University in 2003. She has been in academics for about ten years now. Her teaching interests are Financial Management, Security Analysis and portfolio Management and derivatives. She has presented many papers in national and international conferences and has published about 12 research papers in many national journals of repute.

Currently he is teaching Business Ethics, International Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Management System and Corporate Governance, Social and Ethical Responsibility offered by XIMB.
His Present research interest is in the area of Practical Ethics. Besides Business Ethics, he has widely worked on Bio-Medical Ethics, Development Ethics and Environmental Ethics.

Professor Arabindo Ratho

Currently he is the State Head for SIP Academy India (P) ltd., a Malaysian multi-national, based in over 9 countries globally. This organisation promotes a brain development program for children, based on the Abacus. Course is designed to increase the concentration, memory and computational skills of the participants using the Brain Gym and Abacus. He is actively involved in day to day teaching as well as promotional and marketing activities. His teaching interests include Organisational Behaviour, Groups in Organisations, Organisational Theory, and HRIS.

Practicing Chartered Accountant with work experience of more than 25 years and visiting faculty for the last 22 years. He is presently acting as a visiting faculty to Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, SP Jain Center of Management, Dubai and Singapore and to Praxis Business School, Kolkata. Has completed PGDM from XLRI in 1985 and has worked for Price Waterhouse, Kolkata in its Management Consultancy Division.

Prof. Alok is a leadership theorist engaged, at present, in teaching, training, research and placements at Chandragupt Institute of Management Patna (CIMP). His research areas include leadership, workplace spirituality, Indian philosophy, and education. He has to his credit participation in several international and national conferences as well as publications. His latest publication is a paper on education in the Global Conference on Academic Disciplines at Harvard University, USA.

Prof. M. Ray is a post graduate in Statistics from Utkal University, Orissa and currently pursuing his Ph.D. in the area of Fuzzy programming approach in Data Mining from the same university. He is having 9 years of management teaching experience at Post Graduate level in different professional institutions and also 4 years of experience in industry as Planning Officer. His teaching interests include Quantitative Techniques, Business Statistics and Operations Research, Production and Operations Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Research Methodology.

He has conducted several in-house training programs in the companies he had worked. He had conducted several seminars at New Delhi on behalf of IMCI, Delhi chapter.

Mr. Sunil Agrawala, PMP has more than 20 years of rich experience in industry as well as in academics. While Mr. Agrawala has the experience of working in various positions in the IT industry with global giants, he also has the unique experience of managing businesses in the areas of Agro based Food processing and IT Consulting. Mr. Agrawala has worked with global organizations such as Cap Gemini (USA), Bell Labs (USA), Satyam and HCL Technologies to name a few. He has extensive experience in the area of Project and Program Management. He has also been actively involved in pre-sales function and has been part of many winning proposals in leading IT organizations. Mr. Agrawala holds an engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from University College of Engineering, Burla and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Florida Institute of Technology, USA. Mr. Agrawala is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), USA and also is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) in good standing.

He also provides consultancy services to Government of India and many International Development Agencies in Planning, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation of Social Development Programmes in the country.
