Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum requirement for admission to the two year fully residential MBA programme is a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by July 30, 2012, may also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before July 30.
Admission Test
Ravenshaw Management centre accepts XAT and MAT scores. Apart from that, we conduct our own test for students who have good academic record and hadn’t appeared for any of the above mentioned tests.
Availability of Application Form
Applicant can obtain the Application form for the admission into two year fully residential MBA program in following ways
- From Ravenshaw Business School, Administrative office by paying the requisite fee of Rs. 500 by way of DD/Pay order drawn in favour of ‘Ravenshaw University, Cuttack.
- Download the Prospectus and Application form, from Ravenshaw Business School's website(Click to Download Application form). Take a print-out of the Application form. Mail the filled up Application form along with the DD*/Pay Order* of Rs. 500 to Ravenshaw Business School, Ravenshaw University, College Square, Cuttack-753003, Orissa
- From any of the affiliated centres in Orissa (List) after paying the feeof Rs 500 through a DD/Pay order drawn in favour of ‘Ravenshaw University, Cuttack’
Selection Criteria
Candidates will be short-listed on the basis of the following parameters:
- XAT/MAT/Aptitude Test Score
- Past Academic Performance
- Extra Curricular Activities
- Work Experience
Short-listed candidates will be required to appear for Group Discussions followed by Personal Interviews.The final selection will further be based on the combination of following parameters:

Bank Loan
For those who are looking to finance their education through a bank, you will be pleased to know that Ravenshaw Business School offers a UGC recognized MBA degree. You can avail the educational loan facility from any of the public sector banks. Most education loan schemes offer delayed repayment, which allows students to complete their programs and settle into their careers, without the immediate load of monthly installments. Institute provides assistance for loan to the students who secure admission, subject to eligibility.
Scholarship
Ravenshaw Business School also provides scholarships to meritorious students subject to below mentioned conditions.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% marks throughout his/her academic career. Candidates appearing in their final year of graduation will also be considered.
** The scholarship will go towards payment of academic fee and will be apportioned in equal instalments corresponding to the fee cycles of the institute.
